How a guided Avid trip works
You arrive ready. We handle the learning route.
Send an inquiry with the learners, dates, interests, and access needs. We design the route, confirm the reservation plan and ticket requirements, teach throughout the experience, and turn what the learner noticed into materials they can keep using.
An expert guide teaches the day
Arrive at the agreed start point and we lead the experience, connecting stops through engineering, medicine, science, design, history, money, or college planning.
The learning comes home
Each learner leaves with a prepared packet and a custom follow-up artifact shaped by the questions, observations, and interests that surfaced on the trip.

Avid Thinking provides independent educational guidance. We confirm venue hours, reservation rules, accessibility, and admission requirements through official sources. Families purchase venue tickets directly unless a written booking states otherwise.

Campus visits use official public/self-guided resources and registered museum access where required.
Company campuses
Employee-only spaces are not advertised as attractions. Public visitor experiences are used when available.
Museums
Reservations, photo ID, accessibility, group rules, and admission are checked for the selected date.
