Free-session request privacy
This notice applies to our free tutoring intro, bootcamp sampler, and college roadmap seminar request pages.
Information you choose to share
We ask an adult contact for their name, reply email, role, broad learner stage, subject interest, and preferred session format. A short goal and financial-assistance interest are optional. We do not ask for student records, diagnoses, a child's email, payment information, or files on these forms.
How we use it
Your request is saved in Avid Thinking's private campaign queue so staff can reply, coordinate a session, and record its outcome. A brief staff notification containing your name, email, offer, and reference is sent through our existing Formspark notification service. Submitting does not subscribe you to a newsletter, enroll you in a program, or book an appointment.
Campaign measurement
A first-party browser identifier lasts up to 30 days and keeps your headline variant consistent for each service. We record the print-link code, page and button events, and saved-request outcome. Events do not contain your name, email, or written goal. Authorized staff can connect a request with its campaign source. We do not fingerprint your device or add advertising trackers for this campaign.
You can turn off campaign measurement in the footer of any offer page; your choice is saved on this browser. We also honor a browser Do Not Track signal for these campaign events. A request-session cookie still helps submit the form safely and prevent duplicate requests. Unmeasured requests are excluded from A/B comparisons.
Access and questions
Campaign contacts and outcomes are available only through the staff administration area. To ask about, correct, or request removal of your request information, contact avidthinking@gmail.com and include your request reference. Temporary hashed network counters help prevent form abuse; raw network addresses are not stored in these campaign tables.
No outcome or appointment is promised by this form. Dates, session format, and any location are confirmed personally.
