Does the free class require enrollment?
No. The introductory class is 60 minutes and free. Paid enrollment is a separate choice. We confirm the sample-class date, format, and suitability with you.
Where will the free session happen?
Online sessions are the starting point. You can also tell us if you prefer an in-person South Bay option. We will confirm availability and any location before booking; no physical venue is promised here.
